This is a lovely idea given to me by a friend of mine.
The idea is to tell someone how much you care, value and love them for who they are.
Giving someone a jar with all the wonderful things that make them unique is a great way to make their day.
You could give this jar to a loved one, neighbour, friend or even a super hero key worker who has worked so hard over these last few months.
Write down the things that make them special or draw/ paint a picture to pop into the jar.
You could make someone's day reading all the lovely things in there.
