To celebrate World Mental Health Awareness Day, Reception discussed how we can sometimes feel sad and gave wonderful ideas we can do to help us feel better; talk to others, play with friends, having a hug and listening to music.
We enjoyed yoga as part of our PE lesson and in the afternoon, completed mindfulness colourings and listening to calming music whilst relaxing with slices of cool cucumbers for their eyes. The children really took on these activities and some were keen to do again.
